Note you need to have ZoomText 10.11.5 (released this past Monday) installed in order to use the Windows 10 anniversary update.

I was getting the display compatibility problem. I uninstalled the Window Eyes display driver, tried again same problem, then I uninstalled the ZoomText display driver and now the anniversary upgrade is downloading. ----- Original Message ----- From: Chris Skarstad via Talk To: Chris Grabowski ; Window-Eyes Discussion List Sent: Wednesday, August 3, 2016 2:42 PM Subject: Re: having trouble upgrading to Windows 10 anniversary Hi Chris I hope it shows up for you soon. Re this whole thing of uninstalling the window-eyes display driver, is it an easy process? Believe me i am not looking forward to a complicated process if all i want to do is upgrade to the latest windows. Clearly Microsoft did not test for accessibility, if many screenreaders are having this issue. The way I see it is my pc works fine now just as it should, and if i have to jump through all kinds of hoops to get an update, I think i'll wait til such time as the update process can be more robust. We should not have to modify or uninstall our adaptive software to install a major Windows update. Microsoft really needs to get on the ball about this so that people don't have to be geeks. it should just work.
