Hi. Well, after trying and trying I finally figured out how to adjust the sound to a listenable level. I typed the word sound in the search box and pressed enter. I down arrowed to the default playback device and tabbed to the properties button and pressed enter. I pressed the right arrow and found the third tab which is enhancements, tabbed to the disable all sound effects, and checked the box and bingo! The sound issue was resolved. All is well again.
