Hi Rod et All: I run windows 10 v 1511 I think with WE 9.5 I think. As mentioned we need to get the W10 anniversery edition for screen readers. Did you download the Media Creation tool you posted the url to and how does that work to download the free upgrade or does it? Does the Media Creation tool have you enter the url of the free version for screen reader users or what does the process look or sound like as you download and install? I am running W 8.1 currently and sure would like to avoid all the problems if I can. Rick USA
