Hi Charlie, After a recent update to Office, you have to press F6 or Control-tab to get to the message list for the folder you have selected. If you add the Shift key, you can navigate back to the folder list. Also, repeated pressing of any of the above keystrokes will allow you to cycle around to the control you want to arrive at.
