Hi Charlie,

After a recent update to Office, you have to press F6 or Control-tab to get
to the message list for the folder you have selected.
If you add the Shift key, you can navigate back to the folder list.
Also, repeated pressing of any of the above keystrokes will allow you to
cycle around to the control you want to arrive at.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: an easier way to get to my folders in outlook 2016

Hello listers, whenever I shift tab, Window-Eyes says, "current mailbox
closed menu item." I liked the way how I used to get to my folders simply
by pressing the corresponding letter of the folder, e.g pressing s would get
me to the sent items folder, etc. How can I get back to doing that? Do I
have to do a complete uninstall of outlook '16? Thanks,

Charlie Short
