try pressing "control y" a folder list will show up and you can use the
starting letter of each folder.

Hello listers, whenever I shift tab, Window-Eyes says, "current mailbox
closed menu item." I liked the way how I used to get to my folders simply
by pressing the corresponding letter of the folder, e.g pressing s would
get
me to the sent items folder, etc. How can I get back to doing that? Do I
have to do a complete uninstall of outlook '16? Thanks,
