Hi, Folks. I just had my system OS fixed by the Microsoft Disability
Center, and it's working well. However, when I plug in an external USB
3.0 drive, I can't find it under "computer" . It shows up on "devices,"
but I can't get into the drive. The drive is a backup drive, and is
accessible on my desktop system but not my laptop. How do I get to the
drive when it's plugged into the laptop? Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao
