1. Open Tools menu with Alt+T 2. Select Options with O 3. Turn Browse Mode off (Control+Shift+A) so you can interact with Firefox preferences page 4. Tab to Save files to radio button in the Downloads group 5. Check the Always ask me where to save files radio button with Down Arrow 5.
