Hi Carol, I'm not quite sure how the keystrokes you summarized start Window-Eyes. However, as has been mentioned in another reply, it would simply be a matter of ensuring you have the proper startup option under General, Startup options. My guess is that he installed XP Pro, which tends to be rather stickly about permissions. The key, however, is to ensure he sets it to come up for all users at the login screen, as well as all users after login. The dialog tends to be a little confusing here, but, if yu study it carefully, you can get it set up properly.
