Hi Kenneth, One thing you would need is the Office 2016 set files, installed from the File menu, under Factory Defaults, arrowing down to find them. Also, as for the folder tree view, they made It necessary to press Control-tab or F6 to go to the message list of the selected folder, and then add the shift key to go back again. Pressing Control-Y, though, brings up a dialog for jumping to a particular folder. As for which version of WE is required, I think you'd be okay with whatever works for your particular OS, as long as it is at 9.2 for Win 10, of course, since Win 10 at least needs this version.

I ended up uninstalling the whole office 2016 set of programs and restoringmy computer to a time earlier just to get rid of any trace of the office 2016 set of programs. That seems to be the problem? Is there a complete setup guide to get window-eyes running and working with Office 2016? I may be using a version of Window Eyes that just will not work with these program. What's the problem.
