I know it isn't supported, but I have used a modified version that runs
well on seven 32 bit system. Works just like it does in xp.

I downloaded and installed the newest version of OE Classic version 2.51. It
is definitely not accessible. None of the first letter navigation features
work as they do in the original Outlook Express. Folder navigation is not
possible without use of the JAWS/review cursor. Similarly, navigating the
options menus is not possible using classic keystrokes such as tab and shift
tab. You must use review/JAWS cursor to highlight items and click with the
JAWS/mouse cursors.
Unless you really want to be frustrated or unless there is some setting I
must change to make the program more accessible, I would not recommend it for
blind users.
