Hi: It is dangerous to keep deleting the Security Updates.
There needs to be another work-around me thinks.

Subject: now, another security update for windows 10 is causing the same
problem

Hi,

Yesterday I had to uninstall cumulative update kb3189866. That stopped
the favorites security warning. Today I got another security update,
kb3193494 and id did the same thing causing any link in the favorites
folder to give a security warning when trying to open it. I also
uninstalled this latest update, and again, the security warnings are gone.
