Hi,
Unless it was a bad install, you can turn off apps, reboot and then nuke the GW 
Micro folder in %appdata%

Window-eyes will rebuild the profile after you reload Window-eyes again.

I solved my problem.

After going into the factory settings dialog, I saw that none of the default 
sets were installed and, even after trying to install them, it kept saying na 
for the version number. I figured it was just easier to uninstall and reinstall 
Window-eyes, rather than trying to do surgery on profiles. This method worked 
and I now have a working copy of Window-eyes, working normally.
