Hi Vaughan, Below is a URL to a Jaws tutorial page with info on using word. I have pasted the specific info on accessing headers and footers. Note that the shortcut Alt-V,H toggles between the normal Word document pane and the header or footer pane, whichever is selected, while the up and down arrows switches between header and footers. It's a bit confusing at first, but, once you see how it works, it's fairly simple. See if you can get the hang of it. Here's the info you need:
