Suggestion:

Have you tried pressing the hotkey-combo of

     Ctrl-Shift-W?

And best of all, have you tried pressing it twice?


It will read the whole focused window, that is, your dialog. If the 
first press does not read all to you, try the same hotkey a second time. 
The reading method will be slightly more advanced, after the second 
press, often resulting in a more correct and complete read-out of the 
screen contents. Chances are, and hope is, that this will let you know 
what you are saying Yes to.
