Hi Jed, Alt-Y may refer to the default option which is already selected, namely, Yes in a User Account Control dialog. This being true, it suggests that a system file is being copied, or, alternatively, that you are performing disk access in a system folder, that is, a folder with Administrator privileges. You can probably just press Alt-Y to continue.
