Goodmorning friend, I was using abby-fine reader since version 10 and abby fine reader v11 and 12 are both accessible. One thing that comes in my mind is, do you have the ms-office installed on your system? Because if not that could be one of the reasons why abby fine reader does not convert the scanned image into readable text, another thing, are you sure that you sure that you are selected the correct scan type that says scan to ms-word?
