have to wait. It is not uncommon for either legal or business
reasons that
public announcements get delayed when there is a business
reorganization.
Your comments about selling shares of stock is not likely to be a good
business choice for a company of this size. Any size company can
become a
corporation, but there is a great deal more administration, expenses,
and
taxes for a business when it becomes a corporation. Also some business
decisions may be made to keep shareholders happy which may also have
effects
which may not be otherwise made. Since none of us have the
information on
this business, and should not have it, just waiting is all a customer
can
realistically do. Remember this is a private business and not a
government
agency, public organization, or a nonprofit organization which have
more
requirements for public disclosure.

customers deserve some solid explanation
Why in the Hell gw-micro does not put shares on the market instead of
selling the vompany to the VFO, which I'm pretty sure nothing good will
comes out!

I went to the VFO site and Window Eyes is listed under the AISquared
