pATIENCE, PEOPLE. tHI kind of thing happens all the time. Hostess products went bye-bye because the company was bought out. Yahoo may or may not be bought by Verizon; if it is, the name could change. The van company that I use for transportattion was sold to a company from the UK. So we just have to let the pieces fall how they may, and do what we need/want to when/if the timeto do anything comes.

Peace.

Hi. The subject says it all. Just for the heck of it, I called the number
for the former Gw Micro that I have known since 1999 when I first obtained
Window-eyes which was version 3.0. The number connected to the VFO
automated system. So, all phone numbers related to the merged companies
will connect callers to VFO. Out of curiosity, I called the number for Ai
Squared beginning with the 802 area code because I had questions about my S
M A. I tried to ask a person in the sales department, but I was told to ask
someone in tech support. The person in tech support told me to ask someone
in the sales department. So, for now, I'll give more time for the kinks to
be worked out, smile. Neither person with whom I spoke had a clue. I am
not complaining; I'm merely explaining my experience.

I am in agreemtnt with those who provided thoughtful comments as opposed to
those commenting that the folks are laughing all the way to the bank, that
they owe us a favor, that they should provide reassurance, and so on.
Neither one of the people with whom I spoke made me feel like I mattered as
a customer. Window-eyes is not even mentioned during the recorded
announcement, but yet I am not ashamed to tell the folks at VFO that I'm
using Window-eyes because Window-eyes is still a part of the merger until we
customers are notified officially what changes will take place in addition
to those which have already happened.
