Hi Ted, Here are steps which must be done for Outlook to behave properly:
First, you would install the Office 2016 set files from Factory Settings. Second, install the Office Enhanced app, even if previously installed, and you can just install right over the existing installation. Third, as with the Office Enhanced app, right over top, install the Outlook Enhanced app. Fourth, reboot, since this is a must. After the the reboot, go to your inbox using Control-Shift-I to properly focus it, just in case you get stuck in a web view. Note also that, with new versions of Outlook, you must use F6 and Shift-F6 or Control-Tab and Control-Shift-Tab to navigate between the folder tree and the message list, not Tab and Shift-Tab.
