Hi Ted,

Each of the hot keys Alt-1 through Alt-7, if repeated, wil place focus in the
field spoken, and then you can navigate the field using standard methods.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: Outlook Question

Dear List:

I am using Outlook with Office 2016 on my windows ten computer. When I am
composing a message, I sometimes want to check if I typed the fields
correctly. The too:and the C C fields will read the entire address.
However, I wish to read the field character by character. The Subject field
speaks as if I had not put anything into it. How can I read that as well by
character? Is there a setting I should be adjusting? Thanks. Regards:
Ted Larson
