I didn't have that problem.
My only question is, do you need a 9.5.4 cd if you want to install it on a
new computer or reinstall it?

I just installed this update. There is a minor problem. After the download
completes, you are asked to allow Windows to install this program. You need
to activate the Yes button, but Window-Eyes does not speak the option, as it
did in the past; sighted help is necessary.
