However: wil we get significant upgrades which have ben paid for in advance? There is a backlog of user requests for fixes, which had credibility when key personnel were contactable. The SMA in my mind supported good customer loyalty, and respect from within to customers who provided feeddback.
One list member commented several weeks ago that the SMA approach was a way of ensuring cash flow, and I think this is a valid opinion. My own view was that it enabled customers to express confidence in Window-eyes as a going concern. My confidence was dented with the Window-Eyes for Office scheme. I have two outstanding counts on my SMA, and I hope that they actually buy me something.
