You can also press Insert B to allow the next keystroke to go through and try control alt up arrow. Also, there is a way to disable those hotkeys permanently on the Intel graphics cards. If you have a system tray item for the graphics card, you can try right-clicking it and you may get a menu. Down in one of the submenus, if you see an option called "hotkeys" you may be able to open it up and select "off" to turn those pesky hotkeys off. Of course, do this after you've got your screen back to normal.
