Hello, Yeah, with no mention ofWindow Eyes on the Menus, unless you choose, "Other Software", it does make you wonder.At least it does me.
I know, I know, some on here are Susie SunShines when it comes to the future of Window Eyes. And Honestly, I hope all of youSparkeling Examples ofRadiant Positivism are so Right and the Doubting Dogthat I am, will turn out to be so Wrong. I DO Like Window Eyes and I am sorry, that the Staff has been dismantled and scattered to the four winds. It is a Shame,because as a Group, they provided very good Service and Support. And their Products Vocalize and Window Eyes were often very very good. My own VFO experience was not as useful or Helpful as Brenda's. Mine ended uptaking about 45 minutes, and ending with getting ZeroHelp. Spoke with one guy who knew nothing about Window Eyes. He said he would transfer me to someone who did. I was disconnected. Called back. Went through the Menus,and again, spoke with someone different, who also knew nothing about Window Eyes. By this time I had to go myself, and so could not stay around as this person attempted to transfer me to someone else. I ended up solving my own problem eventually.
