This would be nice to know. I see updates being posted about other screen readers along with updates wile nothing regarding window-eyes and no updates. It seems like window-eyes is falling behind.

Called back. Went through the Menus,and again, spoke with someone different, who also knew nothing about Window Eyes. By this time I had to go myself, and so could not stay around as this person attempted to transfer me to someone else. I ended up solving my own problem eventually.
