Hello. I am a Window-Eyes user and certifier. As for your issues with
documents, the issue does not happen on my computer but I could give you a
couple of suggestions.

If Window-Eyes doesnot read the document, try alt tabbing away from MS word,
and then back to it, and try using up and down arro again.

You should also check to make sure that the gw-micro add in is installed and
running. Here's how you do it.

1. Press the alt key, followed by the F key.

2. press the letter T key to open up the options dialog box

3. Press the down arro key until you hear, "add ins"

4. Now, press the tab key two times until you hear your list of add ins.

At this point, you want to find the Window-Eyes for office helper add in. To
do this, press Alt G to open the go to dialog, and use your up and down arrow
keys, and make sure that the Window-Eyes for office helper add in is checked..
I hope this helps. Sky.
