I am Camy Valente a user of window eyes since about 1997. You’d think I
would know much more than I do; in fact, I am embarrassed at how little I
really know, though I prefer Window Eyes. I am using the free version right
now and have been for a year. My problem is this. This will not read my
documents with the up and down arrow. I don't know if this is a window eyes
glitch or what it is. I would also be interested in speaking with someone
who teaches window eyes. Right now, I cannot make too much of a commitment
as I am dealing with my mother who is in hospice. If anyone could suggest
why this is happening with my documents, I would appreciate an answer.
