I doubt it.
I did a quick internet search and people were complaining because they
meant to hit alt-enter to play videos in full screen and hit
windows-enter and brought up narrator.
I think that is why MS changed the hot key so they'd stop receiving
support calls on how to get their computer to shut up. (smile)
