too many people were turning it on accidently
some programs use control enter, just one key away.
now it will take 3 keys before it will activate narrator instead of 2.

I don't believe you can change the hot key back to the old one. It's
always been my experience that if microsoft changes a hotkey for
something, they're probably doing it for a darn good reason, even though
we might not know what it is.
