Before I deleted WE and reinstalled 9.5.4, I did not have these problems. I
deleted WE 9.5.4 completely and did a new install.
maybe you need to use the emergency removal tool on the w e installation
disk.
as i said before. check that all of the w e set files are all up to date.

might fix the non speaking wlm message windows.
also check that the wlm app is installed and up to date. this contains the
set
files for wlm too.
1. How do I get WE in the task bar?
this is in the w e general / startup options menu.
you have to load w e as administrator to make changes here.
2. How do I get WE to not echo each letter I type? I want WE to wait until I
hit the space bar or punctuation and then announce the word.
i don't know where it is in the w e menus. but you can toggle threw these
settings with insert 2 then save your settings.
3. When I open an email using WLM, I cannot read the text. When typing a new
email, I cannot read back what I have written.
check that the w l m app has been installed and the windows live mail set
file
is associated with the program.
and that all of your factory set files are up to date from the w e settings
pull down /factory setfiles list.
