Dear List: I am using windows ten and office 2016 with outlook.
After receiving an e-mail that definitely had an attachment, because other people receiving it were able to open it, Window-eyes said "no attachments found" when I hit the alt-7 key. In the inbox, the message description said that there are attachments, but, when I hit enter to get into the message and then hit the alt-7, it said "no attachments found." Do you have any ideas why it cannot find and open the document? Thanks.
