Your serial number can be found in the help menu on the WE window, it's
under "about WE". I called them gave them my name, I had my WE serial number
ready but they didn't even need it they pulled up my WE account by my name.
I went and downloaded Jaws and two days later they sent me and email with my
Auth Key and I started Jaws put in the Key, and done, it took all of 1
minute.

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with the migration process. I
sent in my serial number, and got sent an email with a link to search
for my serial number, but it sent me to a website asking for my user
name and password. I don't remember having to use a user name and
password for Window-Eyes, so what could this be, and where could I find
the credentials?
