Hello Samuel, If you can, Call Jaws, at: 1-800-444-4443 and press 6 for Window Eyes users. Someone will answer and you tell them you wish to take advantage of the offer given to Window Eyes users, and they will ask you for your Window Eyes serial number.
Press CTRL and the Backslash key, which takes you into the Window Eyes Control Panel. Press the Alt key, and then arrow to the left until you come to Help. Press the Down Arrow until you get to About. Press the Enter key. I think I had to use the Mouse keys to read the Serial number. Given who ever answers the phone your serial number and they will bring up your GW Micro account. They will confirm the correct Email is on file. They will ask you if you would be interested in purchasing an SMA for $125, which gets you the next two JAWS versions, 19, and 20. After you say yes or no, they will tell you the Codes needed to turn the Demo of JAWS 18 into a full working copy will be sent to you in three or four days.
