Hi: I’m going to assume you got your authorization number via Email.
It should be a string of 20 letters and numbers. The easiest thing is to copy the 20-digit authorization number to the clipboard. Then, go into the JAWS Window with Insert-J, then, select the help menu and under that, select Update Authorization.
