Hello, It's called Narrator, which can be access using various methods. In
latest Win10 update, ctrl windows enter will give you that access. in
previous versions, windows U and n. Hope this helps. The impossible is
always possible, think outside the box.

You don't, but JAWS has its own talking installation, so I always unload
my screen reader before installing.
