Hi Pastor: First, if you go to the JAWS window and enter on Options, then arrow down to Voices and press Enter, you will have a menu with two items, I think one is make the change for all applications and the other one is Make the change for the current application. Since I do not have a full copy of JAWS yet, I cannot be 100 percent sure. After you have chosen one of those items, there is a dialog box and the Punctuation settings should be there if you tab to it.
The sJAWS ReadAll command is JAWSkey plus down arrow.
