Hi Kevin, It is. Eloquence pauses all the time in WE, and I personally don't like that aspect. JAWS there is no pausing at all and this is great for me, but not for everyone.
In the Code Factory SAPI Eloquence, you can turn this pausing on or off, but not in WE or JAWS as far as I know.
