You should also save a copy of your Default fil in your Window-EyesUsers
directory. Finally, if yuou should save the files of voices you downloaded
from the GW Micro seb site. If you install Window-Eyes again, you will need
to reinstall the voices again if you want them. That is, you will need to
uninstall each voice and reinstall it. If you have enough hard disk space, I
would suggest not uninstalling Window-Eyes. You can set it up not to start
automatically. Sorry for the long read. Hope this helps.start

Paulette, why not download a copy from GW Micro's website and save it on a
flash drive or somewhere on your computer hard disk? That way, you'd always
have it to reinstall when that becomes necessary.
Note that you may have to install a previous version such as 9.0.0 before
you can install the upgrade. Hopefully I'm still right on that one!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
