I don't like to chime in with 'me too' messages. However I reluctantly bought into the migration. I still wish I could purchase the upgrades to and want a standalone V9.5.4 of Window-Eyes as I will continue to use it until it will no longer function. I still find Window-Eyes to be faster to respond amongst other aspects. I use JAWS at work and it can be tedious.
The only limitation you will find with Window-Eyes is in Windows 10 when new functionality after this point is implemented. Still, Window-Eyes won't just stop working. For example, when Office 2017 or later emerges, then incompatibility issues may begin but if you don't choose to install Office greater than Office 2016, then you can continue to use Window-Eyes as you always have. -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Chris Skarstad via Talk Sent: Thursday, May 25, 2017 12:03 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: End of Life Message Hi. remember, no one is saying you have to stop using Window-eyes. If it works, keep right on using it as long as you can! I also have JAWS once again on this machine but very rarely do I ever use it. it's there if I ever need it. Window-eyes is going to be my primary screenreader until it doesn't work anymore. On 5/25/2017 11:48 AM, Brenda via Talk wrote: > Hello List, > > I turn Window-eyes on manually.
