Exactly they were very smart for putting it in. it wasn't should they they had to. Let's give an example and this is only an example! If someone not on this list used it in a year it crashed there computer and caused there hard drive to not work they could try and say it's Window Eyes fault. This is not the case of course but without that disclaimer they could try and say it.
