On Tuesday, it will be 2 weeks since I signed up for Jaws over the phone. I called about when I could expect to receive it on Friday and was told that I was in process to get it. Is there another number I can call to speak with someone who can help me get it soon? It seems to me that 2 weeks is plenty of time to process my request.
