Either that, or just give them another call and tell them that you've
begun the migration process and that you just need your 20-digit
authorization code and serial number. Luckily, I was able to get my old
JAWS serial number back from when I used it many moons ago.

Hi all,
On Tuesday, it will be 2 weeks since I signed up for Jaws over the phone. I
called about when I could expect to receive it on Friday and was told that I
was in process to get it. Is there another number I can call to speak with
someone who can help me get it soon? It seems to me that 2 weeks is plenty
of time to process my request.
