Hi,
JAWS 18 works great on Windows 10 Creator’s build. Version 1703. JAWS is not 
that different, because screen readers are very similar. Also, You might want 
to consider free NVDA as a good back up screen reader. You can download NVDA 
screen reader for free at:
www.nvaccess.org
NVDA is a full screen reader, and I can direct you to a lot of help for JAWS 
and NVDA. Many of the key commands you use, are Windows key commands and not 
screen reader commands.

Not only that, Window-eyes summarily does not work with the current 
Windows 10 insider preview build. If that's a harbinger of the 
future, II despair for the future of Window-eyes beyond the current 
Windows build.
