You need at least JAWS 17 to work well with Windows 10, which is the Windows version you should be using, because it works with all of the modern apps and cloud services. NVDA is very powerful, and I encourage you to try using it as your full screen reader. It may not have all of the bells and wistles that JAWS does, but I actually access buttons and controls in programs and on web sites that JAWS will not even access! You can join the NVDA list at: nvda+subscr...@nvda.groups.io You will get access to all kinds of tutorials and help on that list. David Moore

What about for those that have windows10 how do >you know it will work with the next windows10 update? You don't. Do you >really want to wait years to learn Jaws until you have to? That isn't >smart. You should learn it now when you don't have to. How do you know WE >will work for the next few years you don't. That's misleading. It is very >possible your correct putting it as fact as you did is not correct. Not only that, Window-eyes summarily does not work with the current Windows 10 insider preview build. If that's a harbinger of the future, II despair for the future of Window-eyes beyond the current Windows build. _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
