This is a Windows command, so instructions will work with any screen reader:

place your cursor on the file you want to move anc press control plus x to cut the file from its current list
move to the place you wan the file and press control plus v to paste it.


If you are not sure, you can always use control-c to copy the file instread of control-x and once the file is verified that you have moved it, go back to the original folder and delete the original. There is no need to have two copies on your drive.
