You are right Tom. Mr. Hartgen has every right to charge for something he is spending time and effort on. And, of course, each person has the right to decide if it is worth the money or not. Some people such as myself are very comfortable learning JAWS on there own, but for those who want the extra training and are willing to pay for it, I say go for it! Very few things in life worth having are free. The fact is that WindowEyes is a thing of the past and each person needs to make there own decision as to how best to move forward.
