Hi Steve: I didn't know about the touch cursor until a few days ago when I listened to Jonathan Mozen's podcast where somebody described it. Up until then, I would have avoided it, since I had assumed that it was only for computers with touch screens. I think that that might have been what they intended it to be in the beginning, but it morphed into something more useful for all JAWS users
