Hi.
I use Becky with Jaws and it works fine.  Here's some info I have on CC and BCC.

CC and BCCC 

Bring up new message.
Select name.
tab to CC or BCCC
Hit alt-C or alt-B.

select name and hit enter.

To  bring up these to make visible  bring up new message and hit control - down 
arrow twice

Open the new message and hit control-down arrow twice.
