It wouldn't hurt to start Narrator with ctrl-Windows-Enter to see what it has to say. You may have to do this another time or two, depending on how things are progressing.

Subject: latest windows 10 update

Morning

Yesterday I noticed windows 10 creater was downloading about 50 files and
when finished, it sid you now to restart, which I did

It has now been running for hours and no sound but I hear the hard drive
moving.

Can I start narrater to hear what is happening or is this normal for windows
10 creater?

Thanks

Don
