Ok, thanks, it is now in my friend's care, he is a tech type and he said it looks like it happened with the update and he could not go back as an even newer updated. That is the problem with windows 10, it is all automatic and we it seems to me that we don't have a choice when it comes to updates Hopefully he will find the problem Don
